Paper accepted at SISPAD 2023

Our paper on coupled NEGF-GW simulations has been accepted at SISPAD 2023!

Leonard Deuschle et. al. developed a first-principles quantum transport simulation framework based on the NEGF method and including carrier-carrier interactions within the self-consistent GW approximation.

They applied it to single-walled carbon nanotubes who exhibit characteristic enhancement of interaction between charge carriers in one-dimensional systems and were able to predict Auger recombination, hot carrier relaxation, and impact ionization in this type of nanostructures.
This work will be presented at the SISPAD 2023 conference in Kobe, Japan. See you there!
