DRC 2024

Manasa Kaniselvan et. al. developed a Kinetic Monte Carlo code and coupled it to quantum transport simulations to model the multiple intermediate conductance states observed in HfOx memristive devices. This work will be presented at the Device Research Conference (DRC), taking place this June in College Park, Maryland.
