A pleasant lunch in Vevey was followed by a stroll across the Laveaux vinyards and a group treasure hunt. The day ended with late-afternoon wine-tasting and a night at a chalet. This refreshing retreat was organized by PhD student Ilan Bouquet and Dr. Luca Francaviglia.
